The FortiWeb 3000F delivers 10 Gbps of HTTP throughput, defending web applications and APIs against the OWASP Top 10, bot traffic, credential stuffing and API abuse — attacks that arrive as legitimate HTTPS and pass a network firewall untouched.
10 Gbps, and the first model with bypass on the 10GE fibre ports rather than only on copper — which is what makes it deployable inline in a fibre data centre without accepting a single point of failure. Ten 10GE SFP+ ports give it the density to front several application tiers at once. The 4000F is a large step beyond this in both throughput and optics; most estates that outgrow the 3000F are changing architecture, not just capacity.
