FortiManager 1000G
Centralized management for up to 1,000 devices and VDOMs
- Devices / VDOMs
- 1,000
- Sustained log rate
- 50 logs/sec
- GB / day
- 2
The FortiManager 1000G manages up to 1,000 devices and VDOMs with a sustained log rate of 50 logs/sec and 2 GB/day of log throughput. Policy packages, provisioning templates, firmware rollout and a full change-approval workflow with revision history and rollback.
A thousand devices and VDOMs on 25GE interfaces. This is the model where FortiManager stops being a convenience and becomes the only practical way to operate the estate. Note the log rate stays at 50 logs/sec like the smaller units — FortiManager is a configuration platform, and if you are also expecting it to hold logs at scale you want FortiAnalyzer beside it rather than a bigger FortiManager.
